1. To assist in preparing a proposal and budget, I was wondering if you are able to release a list of provinces, districts and target villages? I see the ToR state that the CLEAN will provide a list of beneficiaries etc., but upon start up. At this stage it would be good to get an idea of how much ground travel we have to cover.

2. Will you move the due date to 16 December?
