Reference: AD25.LAVTE.014 – Qualified supplier for the provision of cloth uniforms and AD25.LAVTE.015 – Qualified supplier for provision of vehicle tyres

MAG’s vision is a safe and secure future for men, women and children affected by armed violence and conflict. Since 1989 we have worked in more than 40 countries to save lives and build futures by:

•            Reclaiming land contaminated with the remnants of conflict, such as landmines, cluster munitions, bombs, shells and mortars;

•            Finding ways to reduce the daily risk of death or injury for civilians; and

•            Creating safe and secure conditions for development.

MAG shares the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize as a founding member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines.

MAG Lao PDR is currently seeking potential suppliers to become the qualified providers of cloth uniforms (Tender ref no.AD25.LAVTE.014) and vehicle tyres (Tender ref no. AD25.LAVTE.015) for a period of one year, with the possibility of another year contract extension. The procurement process will be conducted through a transparent and open public tender.

– Tender No. AD25.LAVTE.014: Interested suppliers are cordially invited to submit their bids, presenting competitive and reasonable pricing, along with a uniform sample to the MAG office by 16:00 on 10-October-2025.

– Tender No. AD25.LAVTE.015: Interested suppliers are cordially invited to submit their bids, presenting competitive and reasonable pricing to the MAG office by 16:00 on 09-October-2025.

MAG reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions.

Any requests for clarification for tender may be submitted by mail to tenders.laos@maginternational.org until 24/09/2025. 

Questions and responses will be collected and made available to all suppliers on 30/09/2025 via email.

Final bids submissions and sample must be received by the deadline of 9-10/10/2025 at 16:00 (ICT).
