Helvetas Laos hereby invites bids (quotations) for procurement of one (1) Electric Vehicle as specified below.

The tender will be conducted in accordance with Helvetas Laos Procurement Manual and donor regulations.

We invite sealed bids or email bids from eligible bidders of the following item:

• Electric Vehicle 4×2 WD Pro = 1 unit

Any queries shall be sent to the same email address before 03.12.2025, at 05:00 pm. Alternatively, the tender document can be obtained by hand at the address given below, Monday to Friday between opening hours (08:00 am – 17:00 pm).

Bids will only be considered if received in email in password protected format at Procurement.laos@helvetas.org or/received in a sealed envelope to the physical address given below. Proposals must be submitted with a one-envelope system from 21.11.2025 to 03.12.2025, before 5:00 pm.

Bids will be opened only in the presence of the Helvetas Bidding Technical Evaluation Committee at the address below on 04.12.2025 at 2:00 pm.
