INVITATION FOR BIDS
Service Numbers: 1. RFQ No.: TAF26/001 – Hotel (In Luangprabang Province)
2. RFQ No.: TAF26/002 – Hotel (In Vangvieng District)
Title: The Asia Foundation, a non-profit international development organization committed to improving lives across a dynamic and developing Asia, would like to invite you to bid on becoming our regular hotel service provider.
Term: 3-Year Contract
Required documents for Bidding:
- Copies of company profiles
- Business License
- Quotation Forms. You can scan from QR Code above or download from google drive:

The hotels which can provide meeting package service and accommodation at minimum 30 pax and up in both Luangprabang province and Vangvieng District can prepare 3 required documents as mentioned above and send email/delivery to:
- Email: Laos.Procurement@asiafoundation.org or
- Delivery an envelope with “Sealed Bid” to: The Asia Foundation (TAF), Vientiane Office: House 69, Unit 4, 23 Singha Road, Phonexay Village, Saysettha District, Vientiane Capital, Lao PDR.
