MAG Laos invites you to submit bids for the tender regarding Purchase of Mattresses as detailed in the Technical Specifications document for a period of 02 years. The estimated total order quantity over the contract period is approximately 1,200 units.

4. Annex 5. MAG Supplier Ethical Standards (2-page version signed and stamped only): Submission of the 38-page version is not required. It is provided for bidders’ reference only.

MAG reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions.

Any requests for Tender clarification may be submitted by electronic mail to ProcurementLA@maginternational.org until

06-Nov-2026.

Questions and responses will be collected and made available to all suppliers via email and shared in the online “Tender Clarification” file within the same tender package link by 13-Nov-2026.

Final bids submission must be received by the deadline of 20-Nov-2026 at 16:00 (ICT)
