1. Introduction
Good Neighbors Laos (GNL) is an international non-governmental organization (INGO) working in the education and health sectors to improve infrastructure, capacity, and accessibility to quality public services.

Under the Integrated Community Development Project, GNL, in collaboration with the District Education and Sports Office (DESO), is inviting eligible construction companies and suppliers to submit sealed bids for three (2) renovations and one (1) construction in Meun District, Vientiane Province.
2. Scope of Work (Please see the details in attached file)
Note: Detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and technical designs prepared by local government counterparts will be provided upon bid registration.
3. Bidder Requirements & General Conditions

  • Project Completion: By 25 December 2026
  • Submission Package

– Technical proposal: Human resource plan with CV, Work plan, Project completion schedule, Company profile, certificate of previous works, Business license, Bank account statement during the last 6 months, List of supply and quality security plan of materials

– Financial Proposal : Budget and financial plan based on the provided BOQ and layout drawings

Note:

  • All bidding documents must be sealed.
  • One proposal must cover all three activities. GNL intends to award all three activities to one single selected bidder to implement as one integrated assignment.
  • Signboard Requirement: The selected contractor must construct and install project signboards (featuring GNL and Meun DESO logos) at each site as designed by GNL.
