Description
The Pestalozzi Children’s Foundation (PCF) is seeking a qualified consultant or team to lead a training course on School Waste Management.
This training is designed for project managers, field officers, and institutional leaders, including representatives from civil society organizations and local government. The program must be practical, participatory, and strictly tailored to the specific needs of local and remote primary schools and existing knowledge of PCF partner organizations.
Key Objectives:
Awareness: Highlight the direct links between improper waste management and global warming.
Lifecycle Management: Cover the full waste lifecycle, from prevention and reduction to final disposal.
Advocacy: Build commitment among local government and partner staff to prioritize school waste management.
Implementation: Provide technical demonstrations and practical strategies to help schools adopt sustainable waste management practices.
