You are invited to submit your tender in response to the attached Request for Quotations.
SNV intends to enter into a contract to purchase Polo T-shirt with the winning bidder. The overarching project within which this assignment will sit is funded by World food programme and thus subject to their terms and conditions in the Lead Contract with SNV.

DESCRIPTION:  Polo t-shirt (Blue color with logo in the back, cotton)

QTY:   3650 each

Eligible bidders with a valid business license in Lao PDR are requested to contact the Front Desk Officer at the SNV Office in Saphanthong Tai Village, Lao PDR. Tel: 021 413290-1, 020 5237 1671 or email: laprocurement@snv.org for the bidding documents. The bidding document includes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that provides instructions to Bidders. The bidders should submit a fully completed RFQ in hard copy to the SNV office by 17:00 hrs Lao Time, Wednesday, 17 October 2025.
Please note that no cost or payment is required to receive the RFQ. SNV has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and corruption.
