Consultant to conduct Final evaluation

Comité de Coopération avec le Laos (CCL) is a French non-governmental organisation that has been working in Lao PDR for 46 years in the following sectors: rural development, agriculture, and natural resource management.

CCL is seeking a highly motivated candidate to conduct the final evaluation of the project : “Generating Inclusive Economic and Environmental Resilience in Phongsaly province, Lao PDR (GREEN)”.

Candidates are invited to include a specific paragraph in their technical proposal detailing their experience and approach in managing evaluations involving multiple donors with separate reporting requirements.
