REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL – Consultancy Services on Providing Training “Management Fundamentals” and “Manager 2.0” – The South East Asia (SEA)

Humanity & Inclusion (HI) or Handicap International Federation in Laos, Vientiane office invites national and international consultants to express their interest in submitting proposals to provide consultancy services on ‘Providing Training on Management Fundamentals and Manager 2.0’ for our South East Asia Program.
Scope of Work:
The assignment is divided into 2 lots. Interested professional trainers/consultant can submit their proposal for Lot 1 or Lot 2 or both.
Lot 1 – Management Fundamentals: The consultant is expected to develop learning materials specific for HI, with the aim to equip participants to acquire the fundamentals of management. The ownership of the training materials shall be under HI.
Lot 2 – Manager 2.0: The consultant shall use the training materials develop by HI with expectation of minor updates (i.e: contextualization of exercises).
