Description
Job Purpose:
The IM Officer is responsible for Daily data reports on google form system to the computerized data management system in the provincial office. He/she is also responsible for the collation, management, and extraction of the data to ensure accuracy and security as well as accessibility for end users.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that comprehensive data capture is being maintained.
- Ensuring all data from survey is entered onto the database within 48 hours of its delivery to the provincial ops base.
- Ensure all Daily incoming report into Google drive checked with good quality with different bases and Feedback to Operation team.
- QA/QC all incoming data for accuracy and highlight any issues.
- Maintain communications with teams to resolve any problems.
- Create Tasks ID Clearance and Technical survey in Google form to Operation teams.
- Ensure that a back-up of the database is maintained in the provincial office.
- Query Data from Statistics Data base Weekly-monthly to POM /TFM as Requirement
- Update Technical survey grids and completed Mapping support to Mats Team for conduct TS.
- Coordinate to all Mats team by phone call for quality Control Data by weekly.
- Editors google form to all Mats team when Requirement.
- Assist the Operation teams for setting up the Google form to tablets as needed.
- Training to Mats Team how to use the tablets for Submit the Operation Reporting.
- Create specific GIS Mapping & Produce overview maps as required to Operation Team.
- Supervise and support/ IM tools/skills to the field team at the field work.
- Monthly basis reporting to Line manager.
- Any other relevant tasks/duties assigned by line Manager/Operations Manager/TFM/CLM.

Requirements and Qualification
Essential Qualifications
- Relevant University Degree or Diploma
- Good understanding of information management issues
- Ability to problem solve in data provision and analysis.
- Fluent in Lao and English languages
- High level of honesty and integrity
- To be Honest and adaptable.
- Respect MAG internal policies and requirements.
- Teamwork oriented
Essential Experience
- Excellent computer skills Data base and mapping
- Ability to multitask and work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Understanding Process about UXO technical working in the filed
Essential Skills and Knowledge
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good skills to work as a team
- Good skills to solve problems in a timely manner
Essential Aptitude
- Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure.
- Good judgment, resourcefulness, and ability to problem-solve.
