Tasks
· Act as “Local Migration Agent” for the global Sharepoint initiative
· Assist in personnel information management and HR admin tasks
· Provide support to recruitment and Onboarding processes
· Act as an interim “Communications focal person
Profile/
Qualification
· Degree in Human Resource , information and communication technology or other related fields
- Knowledge on data migration especially on SharePoint
- Strong understanding of HR principles and employment law
- Minimum 2 years’ experience working in HR information and communication Technology related field
· Ability to multi-task & set priorities effectively; good filing and organization; good communication and coordination skills
· Self-directed, reliable, accountable, professional; honest, observant and able to anticipate, take initiative
· Interested in development and iNGO/NGO working context
· Lao; strong in English
· Basic Microsoft Office programs including excel, word, power point; email & internet
