The role
We are currently looking for Finance Intern based in Vientiane Capital
Purpose
As a member Finance team shares in the overall responsibility for the direction and coordination of the Country Office (CO). The Finance Assistant in his/her capacity is responsible for finance administration, assist the finance to check and development programming contexts for Save the Children in Lao PDR
KEY AREAS OF ACCOUNTABILITY:
- Assist to filing documents into finance cabinet and filing system both in finance room and storage;
- Assist to scan files for all document related to finance and make sure that scan file is in place on the SharePoint as per filing system and easy to find and access;
- Be responsible for filing with Finance Officers after month-end close;
- Ad hoc assigned by Finance team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Higher Diploma or equivalent.
- Quite good written and spoken English.
- Good Team Player with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn.
Contract length: 3 months
