Looking for a firm to provide
Training course cover 3 main topics:
Project Proposal developing, Project Management, and Quality of Report Writing
- Background
Capacity strengthening for Civil Society Organization (CSO) and local partners is one priority of Plan International globally, aligned with Building Better Partnership principles for sustainability. In Laos, at present, My Body My Future phase 3 (MBMF3) project is part of the global Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR) programme or called as BRAVE programme, which is implementing across six countries globally, comprises of Laos, Myanmar, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Uganda and Zimbabwe, funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs (MFA) of Finland. My Body My Future phase 3 (MBMF3) in Laos started in January 2026 – December 2027, with its target in Pakhta district in Bokeo and in Houn and Pakbeng districts in Oudomxay, in coordination with Ministry of Education and Sports, Ministry of Health and in collaboration with other line ministries.
Plan International Laos works in partnership with local civil society organizations focusing on gender, SRHR, Rights of LGBTIQ+ youth, organizations of persons with disabilities, youth groups and UNFPA among others to achieve project results.
- Purpose
The purpose of this training is strengthening and upskilling capacity for CSO partners of Plan Laos and project staffs from MBMF2 & MBMF3 on Project Proposal developing, Project Management and improve quality of donor narrative planning and report for long-term development and sustainable.
- Target audience
- CSO partners. Total 12-18 participants.
- Plan project staffs. Approximately 5-7 people.
Maximum 25 participants.
- Approach of implementation
- Conduct in-person training on Project Proposal developing, Pitch Project, and Project Management qualitatively for CSO partners of Plan Laos and project staffs from MBMF2 & 3 in Vientiane Capital.
- Training will be provided by external professional and experienced trainers.
- The training sessions to be combined with theory, focus more on practice/exercise/simulation, mixed of individual and group work.
- Pre-test and Post-Test to be included to measure the knowledge and skills.
- Training materials (if available) and Certificate for participation and completion to be provided for participant who complete the course.

- Expected Result
- Participants demonstrated they have increased the knowledge and skills on Project Proposal developing, Pitch Project, and Project Management after training, base on Pre-and Post-test result.
- Training is conducting in participatory approach and respectfully among participants, with learning and sharing.
- Required experience
- Essential knowledge and experienced in conducting participatory training face to face regarding to Project Proposal developing, Pitch Project, and Project Management for INGO/CSO/NPA and Development sectors.
- Sound knowledgeable of development or humanitarian works, adolescent and youth participation and development, knowledge on comprehensive sexuality education or sexual and reproductive health and rights is desirable
- Lao language required, optional for English

National firm/company/social enterprise/association are eligible to apply. The list below provides the main documents for submission by interested applicants.
- A one-page letter of interest, that includes a brief description of your company/organization, a brief outline of the proposed activity and your total fee.
- A Proposal that includes:
– A brief background of the organization/business that outlines why it is qualified to implement this activity.
– A detailed agenda and implementation/training plan.
– A description of the numbers and roles of staff who will be involved in the service.
– A budget that outlines costs for daily fees, training materials, travels, VAT/taxes, etc, exclude meeting venue cost (any budget form).
