A. Ensure efficient and effective administration and logistical support to LURAS project
B. Ensure efficient and effective support to Finance and Accounting.
C. Effective collaboration and coordination with partners, other projects and government stakeholders
D. Adhere to Helvetas values and principles and their application in daily operations
Profile/
Qualification
· Diploma or training certificate (s) in administration and Account
· Knowledge translation Lao to English and to Lao
· Min 3 years’ experience working in administration, logistics and accounting
· Ability to Multitask & set priorities effectively; good filing and organization; good communication skills
· Self-directed, reliable, accountable, professional; honest, observant and able to anticipate, take initiative
· Committed, accountable, professional in appearance & actions
· Lao, English
· Microsoft Office Suites, Internet
