Program Description
PACTEC works to strengthen the capacity of the Aviation sector through partnership with the Civil Aviation Training Centre, providing education, training and capacity building through pilot, aircraft maintenance and Air traffic Controller training, Aviation and general English to aviation personnel, and general assistance to DCA.
