Request for Quotations (RFQ)

The Okard: Capacity Strengthening on Disability Inclusive Development Project, implemented by World Education, is soliciting quotations for fifty (50) Honda Wave 125cc (50 motorcycles) (including tax) for delivery in Vientiane. When preparing your quotations, please be guided by the instructions and requirements provided in the full version of the RFQ, which are available at the link below.

In case of any queries, please send questions in writing to the persons listed below between 4-15 July.

Quotations must be submitted by email, with all required attachments and supporting documents as stipulated in the full version of the RFQ, before 16.00 Lao time, 25th July 2024 by email to the addresses listed below. Please reference the RFQ number USAID Okard-1-2024 in the subject line of your email submission.

Quantity and specifications: Fifty (50) Honda Wave 125cc (50 motorcycles) Spoke Wheels, 125cc, 4 stroke engine; Electric/Kick Start; Front Disc/ Rear Drum brakes; Minimum 3.5L fuel tank; Including side mirrors (2) and front basket

Note: The offeror should be able to support the registration process of the motorbikes for INGO number plates registered in Vientiane. WEI will provide necessary documentation relating to the INGO number plates as per the MOUs/ Operating permit.
