Staff Retreat

1. Background

Staff retreat is part of WWF staff benefit, wellbeing, refresh knowledge and enforcement capacity of all staff.  To summarize programme achievement, feedback, brainstorming of how to move forward.  The event is not limited to work related, but enjoy activities, spend time together.  In another word the staff retreat aims to gather all staff bases in Laos together where included national and non-national.

Annual staff retreat has been previously organized in Vientiane Capital, Vientiane, Khammuan and other provinces. We aim to identify a suitable place where the team can immerse into nature.

2. Aim of service provider

WWF-Laos is looking for the service provider for logistic organizer and co-organize staff retreat content to the place that fits more than 80 staff from diversity of sex, age, regional, nationality for 2 nights 3 days during 23-26 April 2024.  .

The service provider is invited to propose one or both requested services:

1. Logistic organizer (location, transportation, food, beverage, welcome dinner, party, other logistic arrangement).
2. Design the content and facilitate the retreat.

3. Submission of applications

Interested firms/service providers are requested to submit the following documents to procurement-laos@wwf.org.la, for better understanding of the programme you can contact to phonesavanh.philavanh@wwf.org.la.

Application must include:

1. Services

For service #1:

• Logistics
  • (i) proposed location/s, including estimated traveling time
  • (ii) kind of accommodation (provide pictures/brochure
• Financial Proposal, indicating at a minimum:
  • (i) Consultancy fee for proposed service;
  • (ii) All related implementation costs
  • (iii) additional services provided

For service #2:

• Technical Proposal, indicating at a minimum:
  • (i) Proposed methodology
  • (ii) Activity plan
  • (iii) Professional references
• Financial Proposal, indicating at a minimum:
  • (i) Consultancy fee for proposed service broken down by type of service;
  • (ii) All related implementation costs
  • (iii) In addition, interested firm/service provider must submit:

1. Firm/company profile
2. Sample of service in similar work
