Invitation to submit Request for Proposal (RfP)
Supply of Vehicle, Charging Station and After -Sales Services

Swisscontact Lao PDR in Vientiane is pleased to invite eligible suppliers to submit proposals
for supplying a vehicle used the for Sustainable Consumption and Production in Lao PDR (SCP Lao)
project as detailed below:

    1. Electric Vehicle (EV) Car: 7-seater, 4wheel drive, 1 unit
    2. Level 2 Charging Station: Matching EV, 1 unit

Bidding will be conducted through the procurement procedures as specified in Procurement
Regulation of Swisscontact Lao PDR and is open to all eligible bidders. All bidders must use the
submission forms provided. Please scan QR code to download the complete Request for Proposals
