Helvetas Laos has initiated a new community-based eco-tourism project in Phongsaly and hereby invites bids (quotations) for procurement of one (1) Vehicle and one (2) Motorcycles as specified below.

The tender will be conducted in accordance with Helvetas Laos Procurement Manual and donor regulations. Helvetas Laos invites sealed bids or email bids from eligible bidders for one or both lots of the following items:

Lot 1: Toyota Hilux Revo 2.8G Double Cab 4WD MT = 1 unit

Lot 2: Suzuki Smash motorcycles FW 110 SD = 2 units

Any queries shall be sent to the same email address before 19.09.2025, at 05:00 pm. Alternatively, the tender document can be obtained by hand at the address given below, Monday to Friday between opening hours (08:00 am – 17:00 pm).

Bids will only be considered if received in email in password protected format at Procurement.laos@helvetas.org or/received in a sealed envelope to the physical address given below. Proposals must be submitted with a one-envelope system on 22.09.2025, before 5:00 pm. Bids will be opened only in the presence of the Helvetas Bidding Technical Evaluation Committee at the address below on 23.09.2025 at 2:00 pm.
