 Invitation to Bid for Portable Grain Moisture Meter

SNV is a not-for-profit international development organization that applies practical knowledge to make a lasting difference in the lives of people living in poverty. We use our extensive and long-term in-country presence to apply and adapt our expertise in agri-food, energy, and water systems to local contexts.

SNV is implementing Enhancing Nutrition of Upland Farming Families (ENUFF) Project funded by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The project aims to improve family and child nutrition in remote and ethnically diverse upland farming communities.
In this context, SNV invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply of Digital Grain Moisture Meter, including transportation to Oudomxay and Houaphanh provinces:
Portable Grain Moisture Meter, Qty =264 each

Eligible bidders with a valid business license in Lao PDR are requested to contact the Front Desk Officer at the SNV Office in Saphanthong Tai Village, Lao PDR. Tel: 021 413290-1, 020 5237 1671 or email: laprocurement@snv.org for the bidding documents. The bidding document includes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that provides instructions to Bidders. The bidders should submit a fully completed RFQ in hard copy to the SNV office by 17:00 hrs Lao Time,  Wonday, 08 May 2023.

Please note that no cost or payment is required to receive the RFQ. SNV has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and corruption.
