ອົງການພັດທະນາຂອງປະເທດເນເທີແລນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ຂໍແຈ້ງມາຍັງບັນດາ ບໍລິສັດ, ບຸກຄົນ, ນິຕິບຸກຄົນ ແລະ ການຈັດຕັ້ງຕ່າງໆ, ທີ່ມີຄວາມສົນໃຈປະມູນພາຫະນະຂອງອົງການ, ທ່ານສາມາດເຂົ້າມາເບິ່ງລົດຕົວຈິງທີ່ຫ້ອງການນະຄອນຫຼວງ ແລະ ທ່ານຍັງສາມາດຕິດຕໍ່ພົວພັນເອົາເງື່ອນໄຂ ແລະ ຂັ້ນຕອນການປະມູນທີ່ພະແນກຈັດຊື້-ຈັດຈ້າງ ຂອງອົງການ ໃນໂມງລັດຖະການໄດ້ (ພາກເຊົ້າເວລາ 9:00 ໂມງ-11:00 ໂມງ, ພາກບ່າຍ 14:00 ໂມງ-16:00 ໂມງ), Email: laprocurement@snv.org, Tel: 020 52371671 ເລີ່ມການຮັບຊອງປະມູນນັບແຕ່ວັນທີ 12 ຫາ21 ມີນາ 2025.
ຂັ້ນຕອນການປະມູນ:

  1. ຜູ້ທີ່ສົນໃຈເຂົ້າປະມູນ ສາມາດລົງທະບຽນ ແລະ ຮັບຟອມການປະມູນໄດ້ທີ່ ຫ້ອງການຂອງອົງການ ໂດຍບໍ່ເສຍຄ່າໃດໆ.
  2. ເນື່ອງຈາກວ່າ ບັນດາລາຍການ ທີ່ປະມູນ ແມ່ນຈະໄດ້ໂອນມາເປັນຊື່ຂອງຜູ້ຊະນະການປະມູນ. ຜູ້ທີ່ຍື່ນ/ຊະນະປະມູນຕ້ອງລະບຸລາຍລະອຽດຂອງຕົນເອງໃນແບບຟອມໃຫ້ຈະແຈ້ງ, ລະບູເລກບັດປະຈຳໂຕໃຫ້ລະອຽດ, ພ້ອມຕິດຄັດສຳເນົາບັດປະຈໍາໂຕ.
  3. 3. ແບບຟອມ ແລະ ເງື່ອນໄຂ, ຂັ້ນຕອນການປະມູນ ຫຼັງຈາກເຊັນແລ້ວ ແມ່ນໃຫ້ໃສ່ຊອງປິດສະນິດ ແລ້ວໃຫ້ມາສົ່ງ ໄດ້ທີ່ຫ້ອງການນະຄອນຫຼວງ ໂມງລັດຖະການ 8:00-16:30 ແລງ ແລະ ສາມາດຍື່ນຊອງໄດ້ແຕ່ມື້ປະກາດ ຈົນເຖິງວັນທີ 21 ມີນາ 202
  4. ຄະນະກຳມະການຈະໄດ້ເປີດຊອງປະມູນ ໃນວັນທີ 25 ມີນາ 2025 ໂດຍຊ່ອງໜ້າຄະນະກຳມະ ການຂອງອົງການ
  5. 5. ຜູ້ທີ່ຊະນະການປະມູນ ຈະຖືກຕິດຕໍ່ຫາພາຍໃນ 3 ວັນ ລັດຖະການຫຼັງຈາກເປີດຊອງປະມູນແລ້ວ ແລະ ຜູ້ທີ່ບໍ່ຊະນະສາມາດໂທສອບ ຖາມໄດ້ເຊັ່ນດຽວກັນ.

SNV in Lao PDR invites all interested parties to submit bids for purchasing the below-described vehicle (Tax-Free).

  1. The vehicle can be seen on appointment at SNV office in Vientiane Capital, between 09:00 – 11:00 and 14:00 – 16.00 Monday to Friday, to inspect and make decisions. Test driving of vehicles on sale is not allowable.

The vehicle is sold with the Condition ‘as seen’, and SNV bears no post-sale liabilities. Bid forms are obtained at SNV Office or through an application to  laprocurement@snv.org /020 5237 1671 Bidders must complete the bid forms’ and include reliable contact details. Bids must be sent in sealed envelopes and marked under the reference ” Vehicle Sale Bid – TOYOTA LANECRUISER GX V8/IT1632

  1. The bids should be submitted in US$.
  2. SNV will make an offer to the highest successful bidder.

The deadline for submission of bids is Friday, 21 March 2025 at 17.00 hrs. Bids received after this date and time will not be considered.
