Supply All‑in‑One Desktop Computers, Laptop and Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printers

Organization Background

JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) is an international organization based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. JSI works extensively with national and local governments, ministries of health, health care providers, traditional leaders, and communities to expand access to services for vulnerable populations. JSI is committed to improving the health of underserved populations through innovative approaches in a range of public health areas, including HIV, reproductive, maternal, and child health; technical and organizational capacity building; supply chain strengthening; strategic information management; health systems management; and policy development.

Procurement Objective
JSI Research & Training Institute, Inc. (JSI) invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the supply of the following IT equipment:
– 29 Units—All‑in‑One Desktop Computer
– 411 Units—Laptop
– 259 Units – Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printer
– 590 sets of toner for the Monochrome Laser Multifunction Printer

The equipment will be used to support project activities and will be distributed to project partners located in the following provinces: Phongsaly, Oudomxay, Xiengkhouang, Vientiane Capital, Savannakhet, Salavan, and Sekong.
Detailed technical specifications and bidding instructions will be provided in the Request for Quotation (RFQ) document.

Interested vendors are requested to register by sending an email to procurement.la@jsi.org between March 30 to April 24, 2026. Please include the subject line “RFQ No: LMCHN2026-002.”
Upon registration, the RFQ document and related bidding information will be provided to the registered vendors.
