ອົງການກູດເນເບີສໍ ປະຈໍາລາວ ເປັນອົງການຈັດຕັ້ງສາກົນທີ່ໄດ້ເຄື່ອນໄຫວຈັດຕັ້ງປະຕິບັດວຽກໃນຂະແໜງການສຶກສາ ແລະ ສາທາ ລວມທັງການປັບປຸງໂຄງລ່າງ, ສ້າງຄວາມເຂັ້ມແຂງໃຫ້ແກ່ຊຸມຊົນບັນດາເຜົ່າ.

ອົງການກູດເນເບີສໍ ປະຈໍາລາວ ມີຄວາມຍິນດີເຊີນ ແລະ ຕ້ອນຮັບບັນດາບໍລິສັດອໍດິດເຕິໃບອະນຸຍາດດໍາເນີນທູລະກິດຢ່າງເປັນທາງການ ແລະ ຖຶກຕ້ອງຕາມກົດໜາຍ  ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມການປະຊຸມຕາມລາຍລະອຽດດັ່ງນີ້:

Good Neighbors Laos (GN Laos), an international NGO working in education and health sectors, is inviting qualified companies to participate in the External Audit for the year 2025. GN Laos welcomes companies with official legal business licenses to submit bids.

  1. ບໍລິສັດທີ່ສົນໃຈເຂົ້່າຮ່ວມການປະມູນ ສາມາດມາລົງທະບຽນ ເພື່ອຮັບເອກະສານປະກອບທີ່ ຫ້ອງການ

  1. ບໍລິສັດຕ້ອງສົ່ງຊອງປະມູນ ແລະ ເອກະສານຂອງຕົວເອງ (ຖອນຄືນບໍ່ໄດ້) ມາທາງຫ້ອງການອົງການກູດເນເບີສ ປະຈໍາລາວ ກ່ອນ ເວລາ 17: 00 ໂມງຂອງວັນທີ 14 ທັນວາ 2025.

     The company must submit the bidding documents (Bidding cannot be
      revoked after submission).
·       Deadline / ເວລາສິ້ນສຸດ: 17: 00 pm on 14 Dec 2025 at Good Neighbors Laos.

  1. ພິທີເປີດຊອງປະມູນ ໂດຍຄະນະກໍາມະການຄຸ້ມຄອງໂຄງການ ພ້ອມບໍລິສັດທີ່ມີເງື່ອນໄຂເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະມູນ ຈະໄດ້ຈັດຂື້ນທີ່ຫ້ອງການ ຫ້ອງປະຊຸມອົງການ ກູດເນເບສ ລາວ, ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ ໃນເວລາ 15: 00 PM, ວັນທີ 15 ທັນວາ 2025.

The opening ceremony of the bid envelope by the implementation Management Committee and companies participating in the bidding will be held at the meeting room of GN Laos office, Vientiane Capital.

ເງື່ອນໄຂ ຂອງບໍລິສັດທີ່ຈະມາກວດສອບປະກອບມີດັ່ງນີ້:

Criterial for Auditor company should have:


1.    ຕ້ອງເປັນບໍລິສັດທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບອະນຸຍາດດໍາເນີນທຸລະການກວດສອບ ຈາກກະຊວງການເງິນ ແລະ ກົມອາກອນເປັນຜູ້ອອກ ໃຫ້. / Must be authorized to conduct audits by the Ministry of Finance, Tax Department as issuer.
2.    ພະນັງງານໃນບໍລິສັດກວດສອບຕ້ອງຈົບວິຊາການ ທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບການກວດສອບ  (ຕ້ອງຈົບວິຊາຊິບ ຊ່ຽວຊານບັນຊີ ແລະ ການກວດສອບ CPA ຫຼື ຊ່ຽວຊານທີ່ກ່ຽວຂ້ອງກັບ ບັນຊີ ແລະ ການກວດສອບ) ໃນປະເທດ ຫຼືຕ່າງປະເທດຈາກສະພາວິຊາບັນຊີ ແລະ ກວດສອບ. / Employees in auding companies must complete a course related to auditing ( must graduate as an accounting and auditing professional ( CPA or expert related to accounting and auditing) in the country or abroad from the Council of Accounting and Auditing.

  1. ຕ້ອງມີປະສົບການກວດສອບຢ່າງນ້ອຍ 05 ປີ./ The company must have at least 05 years of auditing experience.
  2. ຕ້ອງເຂົ້າໃຈລະບົບບັນຊີລາວ ແລະມາດຕະຖານບັນຊີສາກົນ (IFRS, GAAP, ISA, LFRS).
    Must understand Lao accounting system and international accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP, ISA, LFRS).
  3. ພະນັກງານໃນບໍລິສັດຢ່າງໜ້ອຍຕ້ອງຈັບຊ່ຽວຊານບັນຊີ ແລະ ການກວດສອບ 03 ຄົນຂື້ນໄປ. / Employees in auditing companies must at least have 03 or more certified accountants and auditors       (CPA).
  4. ສະຖານທີ່ກວດເອກະສານ: ຫ້ອງການໃຫ່ຍ ນະຄອນຫຼວງວຽງຈັນ, ຫ້ອການເມືອງໜື່ນ ແລະ ຫ້ອງການເມືອງ ປາກອູ  ແຂວງຫຼວງພະບາງ. / Working locations for external: HO Vientiane Capital, Muen office,  Vientiane Province, Pak Ou (Luang Prabang).
