Terms & Conditions for comparison of train ticket purchasing

1. ຂໍ້ມູນທົ່ວໄປ/General Information

• ອົງກອນ: ອົງການແພລນສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ.

Organization: Plan International Laos.

• ຫົວຂໍ້: ບໍລິການຈັດຊື້ປີ້ລົດໄຟ ໃຫ້ແກ່ອົງການແພລນສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ.

Subject: Provide the Train Ticket Purchasing Service for Plan International Laos.

1. ເງື່ອນໄຂ/Condition

• ການສະເໜີລາຄາປີ້ລົດໄຟຕ້ອງເປັນປີ້ລົດໄຟຂອງບໍລິສັດລົດໄຟ ລາວ-ຈີນ ເທົ່ານັ້ນ.

There must be a train ticket from China Lao Railway Company only.

• ການສະເໜີລາຄາປີ້ລົດໄຟ ຕ້ອງແມ່ນປີ້ທີ່ສາມາດຄືນເງິນ ແລະ ສາມາດປ່ຽນແປງວັນທີ່ເດີນທາງໄດ້.

The train ticket quotation should be the refundable ticket and able to change the date.

• ເອກະສານທີ່ຢື່ນມາຕ້ອງປະຕິບັດຕາມເງື່ອນໄຂ, ການຕື່ມລາຄາຄວນຄິດໄລ່ໃນຄອມພີວເຕີ ຫຼື ຂຽນກໍ່ໄດ້ ແຕ່ໃຫ້ລະອຽດ ແລະ ຫຼີ້ກເວັ້ນການເປື້ອນ ຫຼື ຕື່ມຜິດ.

The submitted documents should follow the criteria, the quote can be filled by computer or handwriting but should avoid any corrections or wrong calculations.

• ເອກະສານທັງໝົດທີ່ທ່ານສົ່ງມາເພື່ອເຂົ້າຮ່ວມການສົມທຽບລາຄາ ຈະບໍ່ຖືກສົ່ງກັບຄືນຫາທ່ານ ເຖິງແມ້ວ່າທ່ານຈະຖືກຄັດເລືອກ ຫຼື ບໍ່ ກໍ່ຕາມ.

All documents you submit will not return even though you are selected or not.

• ໃບສະເໜີລາຄາ / Quotation 1 ຊຸດ/set

• ສຳເນົາ ໃບທະບຽນວິສາຫະກິດ ແລະ ໃບອະນຸຍາດດຳເນີນທຸລະກິດ ທີ່ຍັງໃຊ້ໄດ້         1 ຊຸດ/set

Copy of current Work Certificate and Business Registration Certificate

• ສຳເນົາ ໃບຢັ້ງຢືນການເສຍພາສີອາກອນປະຈຳປີ ປີ 2024   1 ຊຸດ/set

Copy of 2024 Tax Payment Certificate

• ຕິດຂັດຜົນງານການບໍລິການຂອງທ່ານຜ່ານມາ (ຖ້າມີ).

Attach any experience of your service (if any)

Remark: Plan International Laos supports and encourages the companies owned and managed by women or most of the staff are female, to apply this service.

1. ໃບສະເໜີລາຄາ / Quotation

• ກະລຸນາຕື່ມລາຄາໃສ່ໃນແບບຟອມ “ໃບສະເໜີສົມທຽບລາຄາການບໍລິການຊື້ປີ້ລົດໄຟ” ທີ່ທາງອົງການແພລນສະໜອງໃຫ້.

Fill the service cost to the form provide by Plan “Quotation Comparison Train Ticket Service”

• ຄ່າບໍລິການທີ່ສະເໜີຕ້ອງເປັນສະກຸນເງິນ “ກີບ” ແລະ ເປັນລາຄາທີ່ບໍ່ປ່ຽນແປງພາຍໃນ 02 ປີ, ກໍລະນີຫາກມີການປ່ຽນແປງຕ້ອງໄດ້ຮັບການເຫັນດີຈາກທັງສອງຝ່າຍ. The propose cost must be Lao KIP currency and price are not change for 02 years and in case of change price during the contract, it must be mutual agreement.

1. ລາຍລະອຽດເພີ່ມເຕີມ / Other Information

• ອົງການແພລນສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ສະຫງວນສິດໃນການຄັດເລືອກ ແລະ ອາດມີການເຊັນສັນຍາຮ່ວມກັບບໍລິສັດ ຫຼື ຕົວແທນຈໍາໜ່າຍ ທີ່ຍື່ນເອກະສານສົມທຽບລາຄາຫຼາຍກວ່າ 01 ທ່ານ ໂດຍຂຶ້ນຢູ່ກັບເງື່ອນໄຂ ແລະ ລາຄາທີ່ທ່ານສະເໜີມາ.

Plan International Laos reserves the right to select and may sign contract with more than 01 company/agent depending on the conditions and the price that you offer.

• ການບໍລິການນີ້ ມີຈຸດປະສົງເປັນການບໍລິການໄລຍະຍາວ 02 ປີ ແລະ ບໍລິສັດ ຫຼື ຕົວແທນຈໍາໜ່າຍ ທີ່ໄດ້ຮັບຄັດເລືອກໃຫ້ບໍລິການແກ່ອົງການແພລນສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ແມ່ນຍິນດີທີ່ຈະເຊັນສັນຍາຮ່ວມກັນອົງການແພລນສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວ ພາຍໃຕ້ລາຄາທີ່ທ່ານສະເໜີມາໃນໃບສະເໜີລາຄາ.

This service is purposed for Long-term agreement for 02 years and company or individual is willing to sign a long-term agreement with Plan with the maximum estimated budget you proposed.

• ທ່ານຍິນດີທີ່ຈະໄດ້ຮັບການຊຳລະຄ່າບໍລິການໂດຍຜ່ານການໂອນຜ່ານທະນາຄານ ຫຼື ຮັບແຊັກ ພາຍຫຼັງບໍລິການແລ້ວ.

The company provider accepts money transfers, receive checks, and payment after service

1. ການຍື່ນເອກະສານສົມທຽບລາຄາ / documents submission

ກະລຸນາບັນຈຸເອກະສານຂອງທ່ານໃນຊອງທີ່ປິດສະນິດແໜ້ນ ແລະ ຍື່ນເອກະສານຂອງທ່ານມາທີ່ຫ້ອງການ ອົງການແພລນ ສາກົນ ປະຈຳ ສປປ ລາວຕາມທີ່ຢູ່ຂ້າງລຸ່ມ.

The document must be sent in a sealed envelope and to Plan-International office address below.

• ວັນທີປິດຮັບເອກະສານ / Closing date

ມື້ສຸດທ້າຍໃນການຢື່ນເອກະສານສົມທຽບລາຄາແມ່ນບໍ່ໃຫ້ກາຍ 17:00 ໂມງແລງ ຂອງວັນທີ 31 ມີນາ 2025  ຕາມທີ່ຢູ່ດ້ານລຸ່ມນີ້. ຖ້າຫາກກາຍເວລາດັ່ງກ່າວ ເອກະສານຂອງທ່ານຈະບໍ່ຖືກພິຈາລະນາ.

The document must be sent not later than 31 March 2025, at 5:00 pm, to the following address, after the time mentioned above, the document would be rejected.
