Invitation to Bid for Loudspeaker System at Sopbao, Viengxay and Samnue Districts in Houaphanh Province

SNV is a not-for-profit international development organization that applies practical knowledge to make a lasting difference in the lives of people living in poverty. We use our extensive and long-term in-country presence to apply and adapt our expertise in agri-food, energy, and water systems to local contexts.

SNV is implementing Nutrition Awareness and WASH facilities improved Project and Project funded by The Global Agriculture and Food Security Program (GAFSP). The project aims to improve household nutrition through the production of nutrient-dense crops at the household level.

In this context, SNV invites eligible suppliers to submit bids for the supply and installation of loudspeaker systems, including transportation to target villages in three districts (Samnue, Viengxay, and Sopbao) in Houaphanh Province.

Eligible bidders with a valid business license in Lao PDR are requested to contact the Front Desk Officer at the SNV Office in Saphanthong Tai Village, Lao PDR. Tel: 021 413291, 020 5237 1671 or email: laprocurement@snv.org for the bidding documents.

The bidding document includes a Request for Quotation (RFQ) that provides instructions to Bidders. The bidders should submit a fully completed RFQ in hard copy to the SNV office on Friday, 12 June 2026.

Please note that no cost or payment is required to receive the RFQ. SNV has a zero-tolerance policy on fraud and corruption.
