Position: External Consultant or a pair of consultants (Final Evaluation)

Project: WISE LPB – Wetland Improvement for a Climate Change Resilient City, Luang Prabang

Location: Luang Prabang Municipality (Ban Mano, Ban Pongkham, Ban Viengkeo, Ban Viengxay)

Duration: 15 working days over 1 month

Expected dates: 31 August – 28 September 2026

Languages: English and Lao (at least one team member fluent in spoken Lao)

Budget: Max 7,000 USD (all-inclusive)

Deadline to apply: 25 August 2026
