ອົງການພັດທະນາ ແລະ ບັນເທົາທຸກ ປະຈຳ ລາວ (ADRA Lao PDR) ຂໍເຊີນຊວນຜູ້ທີ່ສົນໃຈ, ທຸລະກິດ ຫຼື ບໍລິສັດ ເຂົ້າຮ່ວມປະມູນການສະໜອງວັດສະດຸສໍາລັບກໍ່ສ້າງຝາຍນໍ້າລົ້ນຢູ່ບ້ານນໍ້າສາມ, ບ້ານໂຈຍ ແລະ ບ້ານລ້ອງຄານ ເມືອງພູກູດ ແຂວງຊຽງຂວາງ. ການກໍ່ສ້າງນີ້ແມ່ນເປັນກິດຈະກໍາໜຶ່ງຂອງ ໂຄງການປັບປຸງກະສິກໍາຮອບດ້ານ ເພື່ອປັບຕົວເຂົ້າກັບສະພາບດິນຟ້າອາກາດ ແລະ ຍົກລະດັບຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ຂອງປະຊາຊົນ ເມືອງພູກູດ (PICRAIL) ໄລຍະ II ເຊິ່ງໄດ້ຮັບທຶນຈາກກະຊວງການຮ່ວມມືດ້ານເສດຖະກິດ ແລະ ການພັດທະນາ ເຢຍລະມັນ (BMZ)  ແລະ  ອົງການອາດຣາ ເຢຍລະມັນ (ADRA Germany) ເພື່ອປະກອບສ່ວນເຂົ້າໃນການພັດທະນາເສດຖະກິດ-ສັງຄົມໂດຍລວມ, ການພັດທະນາຊົນນະບົດ ແລະ ການຫຼຸດຜ່ອນຄວາມທຸກຍາກໃນ ສປປ ລາວ ຜ່ານການເພີ່ມຄວາມໝັ້ນຄົງທາງດ້ານສະບຽງອາຫານ ຜ່ານການຜະລິດກະສິກໍາ ແລະ ການປັບປຸງຊີວິດການເປັນຢູ່ທີ່ອີງໃສ່ແນວທາງທໍາມະຊາດ (nature-based solutions) ແລະ ເພິີ່ມຄວາມທົນທານຕໍ່ການປ່ຽນແປງດິນຟ້າອາກາດ. ການປະມູນນີ້ເປັນການປະມູນແບບປິດ ໂດຍອີງໃສ່ເງື່ອນໄຂລຸ່ມນີ້:

• ລະບຸຂໍ້ມູນຜູ້ປະມູນ ຫຼື ຜູ້ຕິດຕໍ່ຢ່າງລາຍລະອຽດ: ຊື່ ແລະ ນາມສະກຸນ, ທີ່ຢູ່ ແລະ ເບີໂທ
• ຄັດຕິດສໍາເນົາທະບຽນວິສາຫະກິດ ແລະ ທະບຽນອາກອນ (ສະບັບຫຼ້າສຸດ).
• ເຄື່ອງແຕ່ລະລາຍການຕ້ອງລະບຸລາຍລະອຽດຢ່າງຈະແຈ້ງ ລວມທັງຮູບພາບ ແລະ ແຫຼ່ງທີ່ມາ.
• ໃບສະເໜີລາຄາຕ້ອງລະບຸຄ່າຂົນສົ່ງຮອດບ້ານເປົ້າໝາຍພ້ອມ.
• ນໍາສົ່ງວັດສະດຸຮອດສະຖານທີ່ຕາມເວລາ ຫຼື ໄລຍະທີ່ໂຄງການກໍານົດ.
• ໃບສະເໜີລາຄາຕ້ອງລະບຸເປັນເງິນກີບເທົ່ານັ້ນ.
• ລະບຸກຳນົດເວລາຂອງໃບສະເໜີລາຄາ.
• ລະບຸເງື່ອນໄຂຮັບປະກັນຢ່າງຊັດເຈນ (ຖ້າມີ).

Bid Notice

Supply of Irrigation Materials

Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) Lao PDR invites interested parties, businesses, or companies to participate in competing for the supply of irrigation materials Phoukoud Integrated Climate Resilient Agriculture and Improved Livelihoods Project (PICRAIL) Phase II. The project is funded by the German Ministry of Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) and ADRA Germany. It aims to contribute to the overall socio-economic development, rural development and poverty alleviation in Laos by increasing food security through agricultural production and improving livelihoods based on nature-based solutions and increasing resilience to climate change. This is a closed bid. Bidders are expected to follow the conditions/qualifications below:

• Provide detailed contact information: first and last name, address and phone number.
• Supply copies of business permits and tax certificate (current).
• For each material item, clearly state its specification, including the images and sources.
• The price proposed must include the cost of transportation to the construction sites.
• Able to deliver the materials to the construction sites one time or within the duration as specified by the project.
• The price offer must be listed in KIP
• Specify price validity.
• Clearly state terms of warranty.
