Profile/

Qualification
·       Degree equivalent in business management and tourism development with focus on Eco-tourism and community-based, and/or other relevant fields.

·       Activity & budget planning & management; basic M&E & reporting; basic gender theory & practice

·       Min 3 years of professional experience, community-based development, business & administration, and rural development

·       Multi-task & prioritize effectively; data collection and reporting; group facilitation; multi-stakeholder dialogue & engagement; knowledge of gender, ethnicity & inclusive approaches

·       Self-directed, reliable, professional; fair & objective; honest

·       Commitment to development effectiveness principles & objectives; open, flexible, dynamic, inclusive & collaborative; strong communication & inter-personal skills

·       Lao and English languages

·       Medium user of Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, PowerPoint; email & internet
