Plan International Laos is looking for the following position for an anticipated project on “Supporting the Institutional Strengthening of the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Sector”

Stakeholder/TA Liaison Officer

based in Vientiane Capital, Laos

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Act as key focal point for the TA and key liaison officer between the various stakeholders.
  • Support the Team Leader and Deputy Team Leader with coordinating works/activities as required. 

Qualifications and Experiences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in working as a stakeholder liaison officer for at least 8 years.
  • Experience working with water utilities, and with multilateral/bilateral organizations is desirable.
