Financial Management Specialist

Plan International Laos is looking for the following position for an anticipated project on “Supporting the Institutional Strengthening of the Urban Water Supply and Sanitation Sector”

Financial Management Specialist

based in Vientiane Capital, Laos

Duties and responsibilities:

• Support the International Water Utility-Financial
• Support the data collection, conducting interviews and discussions with key financial representatives and focals. 

Qualifications and Experiences: 

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance or a related field.
• Experience working on financial management, financial planning and business planning for at least 8 years.
