Invitation to Tender for the two following packages:

1. LAVTE.014 _Qualified supplier for the provision of Safety tactical leather boots to MAG Lao PDR
2. LAVTE.015 _Qualified supplier for the provision of Blankets to MAG Lao PDR

MAG’s vision is a safe and secure future for men, women and children affected by armed violence and conflict. Since 1989 we have worked in more than 40 countries to save lives and build futures by:

• Reclaiming land contaminated with the remnants of conflict, such as landmines, cluster munitions, bombs, shells and mortars;
• Finding ways to reduce the daily risk of death or injury for civilians; and
• Creating safe and secure conditions for development.

MAG shares the 1997 Nobel Peace Prize as a founding member of the International Campaign to Ban Landmines. In Laos, MAG has been actively working since 1994.

MAG Lao PDR invites you to submit bid proposals for the following tenders:

1. LAVTE.014 _Qualified supplier for the provision of Safety tactical leather boots to MAG Lao PDR
2. LAVTE.015 _Qualified supplier for the provision of Blankets to MAG Lao PDR

The estimated annual order volume for each Tender package as follows:

• Safety tactical leather boots: 2,400 pairs per year
• Blankets: 1,200 units per year

Annex 7. MAG Terms and Conditions of Purchase (signed and stamped)

A sample of your company’s proposal.

Or hard-copied bid documents could be submitted in a sealed envelope to:

Unit 20 Thongsangnang Road, Ban Sisavath, Chanthabouly District, Vientiane, Lao PDR

MAG reserves the right to disqualify incomplete submissions.

Any requests for clarification on the products available for tender may be submitted by electronic mail to tenders.laos@maginternational.org until 27/08/2024.

Questions and responses will be collected and made available to all suppliers by 04/09/2024 via email.

Final submissions must be received bids documents by the deadline of 20/09/2024 at 16:00 (ICT)

Please submit each bid proposal in a separate email with a clear title for the submission.

Each bidder could submit one bid proposal or two bid proposals for both products based on their actual capabilities for providing goods.
