Mission Statement

The LWF Lao PDR mission is, responds to and challenges the causes and consequences of human suffering and poverty by facilitating the empowerment of people to achieve their rights.

Programme Description

Rural development and poverty eradication 

Empowerment of community people and local authorities.

Improvement of access to social services including quality of education and health care, promotion of sustainably agriculture production and income generation.

Environment protection and natural resource management, climate change adaptation, disaster risk reduction and emergency response.

Mainstreaming issues: gender equity, disability, poor, children and other vulnerable groups.
