Announcement for a consultancy to develop tools on geographical approach of pesticide flows and vulnerabilities
The CCL is looking for one consultant, national or international to develop tools on geographical approach of pesticide flows and vulnerabilities for the project: Agricultural development support in the mountainous districts of La and Namor, Oudomxay Province (Phase 2).


Candidates should send their application file per email by December 30th, 2019 to the CCL Director, Mrs. Manivone Vorachak, manirachak@gmail.com, and the Project advisor Mr Vincent COUDERC, vincentcouderc.ccl@gmail.com

Application file should include: 

- a Curriculum Vitae

-a technical proposal which includes the full description of each tool that will be develop by the consultant, as well as the detailed number of days required to develop each tool and the expected date of completion.

- A financial proposal which details the consultancy fees and every expense expected to be made to reach the objectives of the consultancy.

- Any other documents developed by the applicant and that could be relevant to the topic of the consultancy (ex: previous tools, former works and results obtained on related fields, publications…)

 The following skills will be assets:

-        Experience in the development or setting up of participatory approaches, development of facilitation tools, facilitation of working groups…

-         Background or knowledge in geography, landscape analysis, hydro-sedimentary flows or related fields

-         Knowledge and/or personal interest in pesticide issues and rural development issues

-         Good writing skills and proficient in English
