Save the children, SCALING is an EU-funded Nutrition project implemented in the north of Laos by a consortium of four International Non-Government Organizations (INGOs) - CARE, CCL, CFL, and SCI as the lead partner. It is a multi-sector project, to improve food and nutrition security among rural households in the provinces of Huaphanh, Luang Namtha, Luang Prabang, and Phongsaly.
