PCM/RBM trainer

The Pestalozzi Children's Foundation (PCF) is looking for a trainer to facilitate a PCM/RBM training for staff of its Partner Organizations.

PCF is a Swiss non-profit organization, which works worldwide. We seek to provide children and youth with access to quality education and to strengthen their intercultural competencies in 12 different countries in Central America, South East Asia, East Africa and South East Europe. To get more information about PCF, please have a look on the following website:

PCF is implementing projects through local and experienced partner organizations, which are responsible for the planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the joint projects.

PCF provides funding to local organizations and aims at building their staff capacities and skills to achieve the programme outcomes. To support the expansion and local partner organizations we would like to offer a training for partners' staff on PCM/RBM. The training shall enable participants to  learn about and improve their skills in project cycle management and results based management, including specific PCF tools and templates for the project implementation.
