ChildFund Australia is a professional, non-government development organization that works in partnership with communities in developing countries to reduce poverty, support long-term development and promote children’s rights. ChildFund Australia provides children and communities with practical support such as healthcare, education, nutrition, livelihood security and HIV/AIDS prevention.
Community development programs are aimed at achieving self-sufficiency and are funded through child sponsorship, donations and grants. ChildFund Australia directly manages child sponsorship and grant-funded development activities in Papua New Guinea, Vietnam and Cambodia and works in partnership with ChildFund partner offices to implement grant-funded and sponsorship-funded programs in Asia, Africa, Central and South America.
